HOW IT WORKS

Whether you’re a small business spending too much time in Canva, an agency juggling project overflow during busy season, or an entrepreneur needing fast, ready-to-launch design — it’s all taken care of, in one powerful day.

1. BOOK YOUR DAY

Choose a date that fits your schedule. Once booked, your day is locked in and dedicated entirely to your brand.

2. WRITE YOUR LIST

Before your Design Day, you’ll fill out a quick form outlining your goals and design priorities. From there, we’ll have a short chat to make sure everything’s aligned — so your day runs smoothly and delivers maximum impact.

3. YOUR DESIGN DAY

You’ll receive progress updates, previews, and opportunities for feedback as I work through your list. Only two short check-ins are needed during the day to review and refine.

4. DELIVERY

By 5 pm, you’ll have a polished collection of ready-to-use files — all on brand, all ready to use!

What types of projects can fit into a Design Day?

 

Most small-to-medium design tasks are perfect for a Design Day, such as:

  • Social media templates

  • Wedding stationary rollout (menus, signage, etc)

  • Presentation decks

  • Brochures, flyers, and event collateral

  • Email graphics or EDM templates

  • Brand pattern or asset creation

  • Stationery or packaging updates

  • Simple website or landing page refreshes

 

If you’re unsure whether your task list fits, I’ll review your form and confirm before booking.

What’s included in a Design Day Pass?

 

Your day includes:

  • A pre-day strategy form and chat to define goals, priorities, and deliverables.

  • One full day of focused design time dedicated entirely to your brand.

  • Check-ins and previews throughout the day for feedback.

  • Delivery of final, ready-to-use files by the end of the day.

  • Got swept up in the excitement of your Design Day and realise you need a couple more tweaks? No worries! You can make tweaks the following day (up to 1 hour). 

What if my list is too long for one day?

That’s okay — we’ll prioritise together beforehand. Anything not completed can either roll into a half-day sprint (3 hours), another Design Day, or a custom project quote.

How much does a Design Day Pass cost?

Each Design Day Pass is $997 AUD — a flat rate for one full day of focused, dedicated design time. No surprises, no scope creep, and far more cost-effective than hiring in-house.

What if my design tasks takes less than a day?

 

If your list is smaller or more straightforward, a Design Sprint may be a better fit. Design Sprints are condensed sessions — usually a half day ($457 AUD) — focused on specific tasks or quick turnarounds. They’re ideal for smaller updates, single deliverables, or light refreshes that don’t need the depth of a full Design Day.

What file formats will I receive?

You’ll receive your designs in ready-to-use formats such as PDF, PNG, and JPEG — plus editable source files (e.g., Canva) where applicable.

What’s the difference between a Design Day Pass and a Design Sprint?

 

A Design Day Pass is one full day of focused design time — ideal for tackling multiple projects, clearing your to-do list, and getting polished, on-brand designs completed in one go.

A Design Sprint is a half-day session for smaller, specific tasks or quick updates that don’t require the depth of a full Design Day. It’s a great option for single deliverables or light refreshes when you still want professional results, fast.

Do you offer refunds or reschedules?

 

Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice at no additional charge. After that point, bookings become non-refundable, as your Design Day is reserved exclusively for you and blocks out a full day in the studio schedule.
